The attached Illustration Commission.rtf is adapted with minor tweaks (such as the addition of a client signature field) from the Acceptance of Commission Form published by the Association of Illustrators (AOI). It is released under a Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike licence with their knowledge and agreement.
